I used something like this in the front.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Superduty-2-Front-Lift-Shackle-Leveling-Kit-/261175080737?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3ccf3f7721&vxp=mtr
And something like this in the rear because I have an F250 so I went with a 4inch block from Superlifts.

I used spring packs. Theres a lot of different opionions here on this subject. The only thing everyone has in common here is if you try to level a 250 with 2 inch rear blocks, the front almost always come out higher than the rear. Thats where 350 4 inch blocks come in play.
