Can blocks be used on front end for leveling kit????

Can blocks be purchased/made to act as a leveling kit for the front end? I have called 2 places that sell lift/leveling blocks but they both told me they are for the rear only. Now my Dad is telling me that putting blocks on the front isn't safe. If the u bolts are thru the blocks then it should be fine right??

will do. thank you. ive been reading about the add a leaf too. Looks like the zero rate only raises the front one inch. I need 1 1/2 inches of lift in front to level it out.

blocks can and have been put in the front, but they are illegal. if you get pulled over and inspected, the truck will be impounded on the spot, and you will get a big stack of very expensive tickets.

DO NOT USE "BLOCKS" to level the front end; not safe, period.
With that said, I have used both modified packs (extra leafs) and Zero rates from ORD and they work great; you could a touch longer shackle combine with tapered Zero rated but now were talking about some additional work. So, if this is your first time and you want to work on your truck what I'd do is a short add-a-leaf and a Zero rate..

This was the 1st truck I built and I used 2 adfitional leafs and a zero rate to clear 37s. It drove strait as an arrow; I checked my U-bolts several times after I completed the truck..
