Trying to find someone who knows these cars. I am trying to understand what is a small relay block in this car which is located under the hood, but not where the main one is (driver side). This small relay block is on passenger side and located lower than the main one, so you have to bend and reach it with your hand. It's approximately between the engine block and the coolant reservoir. It should contain 4 similar relays, at least the lid says so, but when I opened it, it contained 3 big and one smaller relay, and near this smaller relay there are holes as if for an additional small relay, and the plastic around them seems to be melted, like there was a short circuit or something. Does anyone know what this block of relays does? I want to understand if it's OK or it has been damaged and improperly fixed.
The link is not working for me. Generally what you need to do is upload the photo to a photo-sharing website (Picasa, PhotoBucket, etc.) and link to the image here. There's a little radio button of mountains and a sun at the top of the Quick Reply window that makes it easy to past in the link.
There's no diagram on it, but I was able to find information on AUX relay box, I just had to know its proper name. Replaced the fuel pump today, my car definitely needed it, much better now. By the way, found out that the Speed Control has a self-test procedure which is done by pressing certain buttons and turning the key. However, no luck again - the self-test did not give any results at all, the car simply doesn't blink any codes though it should. I guess maybe I will just drive without speed control, it will be too expensive to troubleshoot it and replace all components. Picasa is not working, or I don't how to copy the link properly. I enter my Picasa account, click on the image and copy the address which is displayed. There's no option there saying "get image URL" or something.
