Question Door adjustments

Good Morning guys!
Hey, is there a way to adjust the doors on my truck to pull them in ever so slightly? Noticed a few air leaks, so I purchased new door rubber for both doors.
However, I was told I can adjust the doors so they pull in tighter. They do set out just a little from being flush with the body.
Has anyone ever done this?

Thanks!

If your leaks are coming from the rear of the door, loosen the striker pin and slide it in a little and tighten it back up. It takes a torex bit. The front of the door adjustment comes from the hinges. They have oval holes in them for adjustment. You need to loosen the 3 bolts that screw into the door and slide the door in, then tighten them back down.

Why do you want to adjust the doors if you bought new door rubber?. Even with the old rubbers I have read that if you intruduce a cord or something like that, in the rubbers they will expand and seals well without adjusting the doors.

Thanks Bill! I bought a 9 piece 1/2 drive set for 9.95 at Harbor Freight. Guaranteed for life. I dont use those too much at all. But I have a cheap set now.
Boy, what a difference it made too! I got really nice door rubber for 78.00 on ebay. Both doors! Once I adjusted the latch bolt with the Torx bit the door now sits flush with the body. HUGE difference. No more wind noise at all!

ROENTGEEP,
My drivers side had a tear in it where my friend locked the keys in the truck and fed a coat hanger through. Would you like to buy my old ones???

Yes, but I think the shipping cost to Mexico WOULD be very expensive, so I must say NO, thanks.
