Hi folks. I've been reading a lot of posts, but my problem seems to not fit completely into any of the issues I've read about. My problem is when its hot outside, my 01 f350 will stall after coming to a complete stop. it jerks a couple of times like the transmission isnt letting loose. Fires right back up, and after a sluggish start, runs great. No lights (SES, overdrive, etc.) come on, and no issues when its cooler out. Trans was rebuilt last summer, and no other probs. From what I have read, this fits into a CPS problem, or a UVC harness issue, but i am not getting a SES. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Welcome to FTE. I would have guessed IPR issue until you said it bucks like it's not coming out of gear. That and the tranny rebuild has me thinking you should first try shifting into neutral before you come to a stop when it's hot outside and see if that keeps you from stalling.

F350-6 beat me to it... on all counts. Just hit replay on his post to get my thoughts.
Thanks guys, it was the tranny. had it built up as far as i could when it was rebuilt, and the tugger shift kit was the issue. they adjusted it, and i pulled my trailer up the mountain with no issues. sorry it took so long to get back, but i was camping!
