Got most of it fixed today. Apparently in the 95 some wiring in the dash has changed from 94 so I had to trace out the wires related to the diode/resister splice and but splice it into the 95 engine bay harness.

Now for the new problems. After fixing this some other things that couldn't be seen because of the blown fuse have popped up.

1) The transmission shifts between all 4 gears fine and the trailering button turns off the overdrive but the light flashes for the overdrive off. Any ideas?

2) The 95 engine bay harness came without wiring for the air bag sensors so the airbag light flashes continuous. Is there a way other than just taking the bulb out to disable this?

If that's the case, then the 1995 Harness must have came from a F-250/350.

Beginning in 1994, F-150's received airbags in the steering wheels, whereas the F-250/350 trucks did not.

Yes the wiring harness, PCM, and motor came from a 95 F250.

I have solved the EGR issue though I don't understand why its this way. There apparently are 2 different pintel sensors for these trucks and when I bought my new one I bought the wrong one. There is a black one that puts out a slightly higher signal voltage and a grey one. I bought the black and needed the grey.

As far as the code 624 I am not sure what to do. I am going to take it to the dealership Onday. Them SoB's built it they can figure it out. 100 bucks an hour labor I hope it doesn't take them too long.

Well I got my problems all solved today. After having several beers yesterday and not messing with the truck any I decided to take one last look art the trranny harness before throwing money away. In the 94 harness there was an additional "hot" wire that went to the pressure control. When looking at the digram today I saw whgere the splice was made and added the wire to the harness and she wo4rks fine. What killed me the most about this was they use the same hot wire they just take it there on a different pin. It actually splices to the red wire in the same harness and is a white/red stripe wire. Anyways for all who care and tried to help thank you.

Only one code left and it will clear when I get it custom tuned. Code 173 O2 sensor reading too rich.
