Exclamation 4 Door Bronco?! DO THESE EVEN EXIST?!

1990 ford four door bronco for parts

Check out this craigslist ad! Is this a custom job or did they really sell these? This blew my mind.

Here is the pic in case the ad gets deleted.

Yes they exist, but not from Ford. Centurion did the conversion. They are simply 4 door Bronco's.

They remind me of the Excursions. I think they look pretty sweet!!!! I've been trying to do some research but I can't find much. Was Centurion a legit business? I can't find any information on them.

Thanks White 97 xlt!! I'll have to do an indepth search once I get home. You're absolutley right, this will probably take up a couple hours of my day! Because of the rarity does it make Centurions more valuable then broncos? And how much more?

Value of these, as with most older vehicles, depends upon the buyer. I've seen nice ones sell for 10k, and I've seen horrible ones sell for 4k. All depends on how bad the buyer wants it.

Check out www.fourdoorbronco.com , lots of info there.

Very cool. You guys are opening up a whole new world for me! The guy posted the ad as a part out but she still runs. I emailed him asking how much for the complete truck.

If you can get it cheap, it's worth fixing. He states it needs rockers, and I'd assume there's more rust and rot than that. Also, the roof will need fixing at some point. Centurion loved Bondo, and the roof is the main problem area. They grafted everything in, called it close enough, and filled the rest with Bondo, which eventually cracks.

I have a Centurion converted F150 crew cab. Love the truck, but Centurion left a lot to be desired in the fabrication and finish departments.

Bahahaha gotta love Brad's sarcasm. No one is safe! I meant looking up "Centurion" as a company, not Centurion as a vehicle, Thanks anyways. I did find somewhere though that they were bought by a company called Southern Comfort who now does more luxury and lift conversion rather than stretching and such. They do it for more than Fords too.

Let me google that for you

Centurion made alot of unique pieces.

Heres something I'd love to have. E350 van with a custom truck bed, and all setup for 5th wheel hauling from the factory.

Or this 4 door Bronco we had at the IDI Diesel rally/gathering in MI last summer.

'88 Centurion Bronco, 7.3 Diesel 5 speed!

I actually wa a manager at a ford truck dealership in NJ and had one of these as a demo... The biggest issue with these was the drive shafts had a wicked vibtation at 65MPH... sounded like a small plane... above and below was just fine...
