Oh and duh... im slow this morning...
Check the slide pins on your front brakes...
Drivers side may be stuck...
4x2 or 4x4?
Check to make sure your hubs are unlocked...
Physically grab each half shaft by the ujoint and make sure they spin free when in 2wd...

Definitely check tire pressure and caliper slide pins. If neither is the culprit, then pick a different alignment shop. The one that I used back home would test drive every vehicle after they worked on it. if they noticed a pull, they'd find out why. If your shop just put it on the machine and made an adjustment till it tested good then handed you the keys, they aren't worth dealing with.
