Help IDing Extra part in 13-56 Tcase

Hey, i took apart the 1356 tcase in my 89 to reseal it, and this was stuck to the magnet. It looks like a roller bearing, but I cant find any bearings in there that are this big... They all seem to be ball bearings... Anyone got any ideas?

Check the chain. Or possibly left in there after the chain was replaced last time.

I know this will sound odd, but what did the oil pump look like in there before you rebuilt it? When I rebuilt mine, I found a similar roller in the bottom of the case. It fit in a hole in the main shaft under the pump. Hopefully this drawing works:

Part #127 (there are 2) that go through the main shaft and are pressed out by a spring ride under the pump. If the retainer tab (#132) holding the pum gets torn off (as it allways does when the pump takes a crap), it will rotate the pump and those little dowel pins pop out.

I hadnt rebuilt the pump, the main reason for this teardown was the case was leaking at the halves. The retainer tab is still good, and the recess in the case it sits in is also in pretty good shape. Guess i should dig a little deeper into it now
