Well she finally decided to give me some greif. I was working out here on a site north of OKC and the truck has been running great all day. I shut it off to do the job and 20 mins later it will not start. I pulled the codes P2291 low ICP. One thing I noticed is that I cant hear the lift pump running when I turn the key on. I even drained the bowl on it and still can't hear anything. So I'm thinking bad lift pump or something. Does anyone else have a similar circumstance? I'm looking for any input I can get. I'm stuck here in a hotel until they get it running. Thanks
In case it hadn't already crossed your mind....
Have you checked the fuses? I am not too familiar with the newer trucks but the 7.3 models have a quirky issue where a fuel bowl heater can short out and blow a fuse. Problem is the PCM is also powered by the same circuit. No PCM...no start.

Yea I'm hoping it's not a high pressure pump and complete fuel system problem. The lady service writer called me back earlier and was not helpful. She said the tech said it was a fuel pressure problem and wanted to do more testing tomorrow. I'm hoping and praying it's something easy and covered. I can't really afford $12,000 out of pocket right now or the down time that goes with it. Trying to stay positive. Thanks for all the info guys.
Hopefully it's just the sensor or the low pressure pump
Yes, either of those would be more agreeable. If the sensor was found to be out of range during the comprehensive component monitor test, would the PCM not ignore that value and insert a value from a general look up table? That is how the HEUI systems work.....maybe the newer systems are controlled differently.

Positive thoughts heading your way. Hoping for something simple and you have your truck back soon.
The service writer called me earlier and said it was the lift pump. Im keeping my fingers crossed. They should have it done today so back to OKC I go in my rental Dodge Charger. I'll post later with the final result.
Heard again from the dealership. It runs! I'll be picking her up tomorrow it was all covered as well. I was kind of curious if it would be since I have 39,000 on her. I didn't buy the extended bumper to bumper but I'm glad it was. Thanks again for everyone's input.
