That shroud does not look very efficient to me, not pulling air through the entire radiator.. The head studs or bolts, which ever, go into the water jacket.

Temps will vary all over the engine. Try pointing your laser at the top of the heads Where the temp senders are.
Bottom line....If it keeps pushing out water from the radiator cap, it has a combustion leak or your fan/shroud is unable to keep it under the boiling point.
Is it drivable? If so, drive it around a bit and see what happens

It should be drivable. I was just trying to adress the heat issue before I overheated a few miles from the house but I am becoming convinced that That may not happen. Its really only boiled over once and it has steamed a few times. I'll take it for a short drive this weekend after I flush the system.
