i'm glad you got the problem lined out also white vinegar works great but its best to pull the heads off because that stuff is ruff on aluminum but if it doesn't work nothing will

Slag? From where? The torque converter and flexplate are bolted together. Was it between the flywheel and block? Or did it warp the flexplate into the block?

Did it take a while to find that round tuit?
