E40D not kick down?

for the past few days my f250 wont kick down if I put it to the floor itll just bog down and slowly gain rpm back up, what could be the problem my 5.8 shouldn't be tired seeing as there is only 112000 miles on the truck but what eles could cause this? it just started a few days ago

I'd start by checking for codes. However, it is likely to be a bad throttle position sensor, or a bad manual lever position sensor on the transmission.

when I go in to work on Monday ill have Heath the shop manager pull some codes, any things possible it sat for quite a few years
