Major problems, tons of codes!
These are the codes i pulled
C1145 Right Front Sensor Input Circuit Fault
P0404 EGR Performance
P0672 Cylinder 2 Glow Plug Circuit
P0678 Cylinder 8 Glow Plug Circuit
P0700 Transmission Control System Fault
P1335 EGR Position Sensor Minimum Stop Performance
P0757 Shift Solenoid B Stuck On
P2701 Transmission Friction Element B Apply Time Range/Performance

dark, but it's a cheap shot:
check to make sure you have good voltage to the main fuse
block, and PCM power. i had a +12VDC main battery cable
loose on a binding post, and every time i hit a bump,
i'd throw different codes.... weird stuff, all over the map.
tightened up the bolt, and everything was wonderful.
I would also check the ground points and the cables to start with.
The glow plug can be an easy one. Pull the plugs out of the controller
not the plugs then selves and look and see if it's gotten wet or has dirty
contacts. Clean with some contact cleaner and apply some dielectric grease
and see if that clears it up. The GPM (Glow Plug Module) is on the passenger
side front edge of the valve cover. Aluminum fined with 2 plugs one green
one black. It's easy to remove and inspect.
Your truck is no where near being dead. You need to do some live data
reporting so we can give you a hand. Do you have access to something
like a Scanguage II or the AE with the Ford bundle?
C1145 Right Front Sensor Input Circuit Fault
Right front wheel speed sensor for ABS and the sensor can be replaced if needed.
This one is the ABS sensor and in the past and yes I had the problem
the plug got wet and it was acting up. I got the same error. Find the cable
on the back side of the wheel well and you will see the plug. Clean it and
put it back together with some dielectric grease and see if that problem
goes away. Also after doing the repairs make sure to clear the codes
after you write them down.
Let us know and good luck

This one was easy to fix, replaced the ABS sensor and the problem is gone.

This one was fixed by cleaning EGR valve - my mechanic said he pulled tons of gunk out of there and the intake.

Took the truck to the transmission shop, and the guy said he cannot find anything wrong mechanically with the transmission, but he said solenoid B isn't getting power. He said he believes the other code can be fixed if P0757 is fixed. He suggested I replace transmission harness. I replaced both lower and upper transmission harness, but the problem persists. Don't know what else to do.
