Are shocks same length on dual front shock setup??

This seems like a simple question and i measured them they seem pretty close stock. but i plan to put a leveling kit on here soon but the site is telling me i should get two different length shocks for the front?? this doesnt make any sense as the lift should raise both shocks up

any input would be appreciated

They aren't the same length, mine look very different, one is way longer than the other.

Different lengths, front is mounted closer to the centerline of the axle housing

While the rear is mounted above ON top of the radius arm.

Check carefully when ordering shocks, some sites mention forward of

Axle and rear of axle location mounting points.

no problem 1993, the site i got the shocks had 0-2" of lift shocks so that is what i got and you aren't paying any more than a stock shock

most sites have a dual front shock option for your year and mine said 0-2" of lift, 3" and so on, if i recall right the expanded length of the one is 18.5 and the other is 15.5 which is roughly 2-3 inches from where my stock ones measure
