Shocking out come!

Ok so wanted to put new shocks on my 86 f150 swb 4x4. So I ordered some rancho shocks , but when I ordered the shocks the site asked if I had a 2 inch factory lift? I have never lifted the truck and it sits normal . So I just got the normal hight shocks . I recived the shocks today , went out to the truck jacked it up and the new shocks are about 2 inches short? So going to send them back. Do these trucks come with a optional lift? It dose have the quad shock setup.

According to Rancho the front of the axle shock is four inches longer than the behind the axle shock. the shock for the front of the axle on a stock height truck is the same part number as the shock for behind the axle on a truck with a 4 inch lift kit
