05 E-250 Trans. Issue
I keep getting a CE light on with the error code p0740 and p0743. I have found the issue to be transmission fluid seeping UP into the electrical plug on the transmission. I notice the transmission seems to slip a little when it is full of fluid. I unplugged it and cleaned it out good. blew air into it, and shut the light off. It ran like a dream for about 15 miles, then it started again. Now the plug is full of fluid again. Is there a seal I can replace by pulling the pan and filter? or is a new trans. in order? Thanks in advance. It has the 5.4 with AODE trans. 137000 miles.
