Overhead console
Hi guys I recently just acquired another excursion it is in need of an overhead console I have looked all over and can't find one that looks like this one. Anyone got any ideas any help is appreciated.

That looks exactly like the Audiovox one that is in mine. The black filler plate in the middle is where the Audiovox flipdown monitor would go, at least it is the same shape as mine. Maybe the monitor died and someone made a filler panel.

Here's a pic, look familiar? It was made by Audiovox as part of their A/V kit. I'll try to find the model# It's at home.

Thanks guys yep that's the one I have ordered the right one with ford factory DVD player and monitor just hope the mounting hardware is still there for factory stuff thank you for the help guys.

That will suck. Makes me crazy when thing are half a@@ done and no one cares or takes care of their rides like I do. Then u have to fix everything they messed up. But got a decent deal on this old girl the drive line is what I was after 7.3 with 150000 miles one it. Here is a pic the one in my sig I sold wish I would have kept it.

I've been looking for that monitor for about a month now. I got the part# for that monitor from the Dealer last week. 1C7Z10E947AA, but doesn't get many google hits.

Your welcome. The Audiovox monitor is not the same as the one from Ford, this one would have been installed by a custom sound shop, best buy, circuit city etc.

Are you sure? I bought this Excursion last year from a friend who bought it new. He said he got it from the dealer like that. Did dealers install this stuff? I even have a VHS player mounted into my center console with rear audio controls. also what is odd is that the dealer gave me the part # for the monitor when i gave him my VIN.

If it is the Audiovox made unit, it was installed locally under contract to the dealer. The part# they gave you should be for the factory installed unit. Is it in a small pod or a long console like above?
