I have a 2009 4.6L v8 f-150 and i want something loud ive got 2 plans. I really wanna run dual exhaust with 2 magnaflow high flow cats and no mufflers and hide the pipes under the truck pointing down at a 45° or the same but with cherrybomb glasspacks 12". Is it legal and will i pass inspection in north carolina without mufflers

Looks like you won't pass inspection with out muffler(s)..

North Carolina Lift Laws | Vehicle Modification Rules

Look to a glasspack/ Bullet type muffler for that loud sound you are after.

Don't want to burst anyone's bubble but the high flow cat's are not worth the expense IMHO, the early pellet-filled catalysts were effective in scrubbing the exhaust gases but created lot's of back-pressure, for the most part you don't have to worry about that anymore but going with a monolithic catalyst design in a short body will minimize any negligible back-pressure, these cat's from Summit will do you right: http://www.summitracing.com/search/d...ithic-catalyst
