Is this a diesel I am guessing? If so, you really do not need to buy a kit. Just go to tractor supply or Napa, or someone else that sells O-rings. Buy 16 #111 o-rings(they are 7/16 ID x 5/8 OD). Tractor supply sells them in packs of 8 in the hydraulic fitting section.
Then go to Napa and buy about 5ft of fuel hose. My 89 took 3/16" fuel hose. Some of the earlier trucks like yours may take 1/4". Just make sure it says "fuel" on the side of the hose. You can re-use your caps. Some people have problems with the new caps leaking, I re-used my old caps and have had no problems for 4 years now.

Yeah its a diesel 6.9 liter.
I just ordered a pack of Viton o-rings on Amazon. Was gonna get the viton fuel line but its too $$$. Maybe later.
You only need the viton if you are going to run weird fuels like some biodiesel fuels. I have heard a few people having trouble with the viton o-rings because they can be a little harder than the buna-n and don't seal well. If you are just going to run regular diesel, the buna-n will last a long time, just like the regular fuel hose will.

Well, I will have some spare Vitons I guess. Can Buna-N o-rings be bought local?
That's what the tractor supply and some of the other stores carry. You can try places with good inventories like Napa, and also some places that cater to industrial companies and factories can get o-rings.
You can use the viton, it's just something to keep in mind if you have starting problems after installing them. Make sure to lube the o-rings after they are installed on the injectors, and use a gentle twisting motion when installing the caps over the o-rings.
