Biodiesel-compatible return line kit
I've seen the standard braided hose return line kit (available from Rock Auto, for example) for the 6.9, but I was wondering if one exists that has fluoroelastomer hose rather than rubber. Mine are already weeping and came that way with the truck, and it's only going to get worse running B100.

Goodyear® Engineered Products :: SAE 30R7 DIN 73379-2B Low Pressure Fuel Hose
this ones for the latter 6.9l/7.3's (not your '86.)

nevermind.it states below this hose isn't good for biodiesel.

but you could buy 30R9 separately and use that.

After a quick search, it appears SAE 30R9 is a spec for fuel hose that is bio-diesel resistant. Advance Auto supposedly has it for a decent price either in prepackaged chunks, or by the foot. Napa may have it as well, but at a higher cost. Its a "fuel injection" hose, not just regular. Check the writing on the hose, the spec should be listed clearly.
I might check this out, I've pondered making bio, but never had the time. Might have the time this summer, and it wouldn't hurt to get some better line (probably swapping IP pump and injectors next week).
