Electrical issue with Park lights

I'm posting on the 7.3L forum but I have a 2001 V10 F250. I'm hoping I'll get help here.

My Park lights won't shut off. Even with the head light switch disconnected.
I pulled fuse # 8 under the hood which is labeled for the park lights. The lights stayed on.

Next I located what I believe are park light relays 1&2 next to the fuse box under the hood. Pulled both these relays and the lights stayed on.

There are also 2 relays in the small box with the emergency flasher relay. This is located in the center of the instrument panel approximately behind the radio. I pulled these and the lights stayed on.

There are also 2 relays behind the glove box in front of the heater box. I pulled these and the lights stayed on.

Ford manual says the two relays in the center dash should be trailer tow relays. The two in the right hand side of dash behind glove box should be park light relays but they don't resemble the park light relays in the service manual. The two relays under the hood next to the fuse box resemble the park light relays in the service manual.

I need some help. How do I get the light shut the hell off?
