2011: Then I bought some used V's and added those for the bro lean. 2nd/3rd photos, not much load.

2013: Added some used C's (from an F350) rear springs modified by adding 3 leaf springs from the original rear Excursion springs + the 4or5 galvanized steel 1/16'' spacers (that came with the original Ex rear springs). Kept the original Ex lift block 2''. Last 3 photos.

I'd stick with your 3.73's like Bill recommended. Just not worth the $ IMO. I'm not a ricer, I mean racer, slow and steady is OK for me.
Thanks for the pics

What's the difference with C codes? Are they stiffer but a smaller pack, or did you purposely add 3 X leaves to have a slight rake?

Based on cost, I'll stick with the stock gears. The tire difference of ~0.5" tall and wide I don't believe is drastic enough to really call for them now. I just know the difference in acceleration between the X and my dads V10 F-250 (2wd, runs 285/75R16's as well) with 4.10's, is just a night and day feeling in throttle response and pick-up.

Also today while driving to my grandmas, was able to just cruise at a nice easy pace of 70 on the 405, and it's at ~2000rpm's and at 80 just about ~2,250ish. Is this like a sweet spot, or what should be?
