Interior Trim

I'm restoring my 1995 F-150 and noticed the plastic A-pillar covers were cracked at the bottom screw hole and causing a rattle. I have the rest of the truck looking good and this is bugging me. Any ideas? Does anyone reproduce these???

I had the same problem on mine. Very annoying...
I took a small washer and put in between the screw and the hole.
Tightened it up and rattles stopped.

I had the same issue. I simply pulled the parts, and used a pencil style soldering iron to melt the pieces back together, from the back.

Can't even tell it was broken.

Google Plastic Welding..

It's actually a very expensive/extensive thing, but using a regular soldering iron lets you meet the same end, with different (Cheaper) means.

LMC carries the part I believe. You could also look in a salvage yard.

I also agree that melting it back together from the back should solve the rattle.

I think I see them at LMC. Can't read it on my iPad. I'll look tomorrow at work. Thanks.
