I just moved back to PA from CA and am i really disapointed in the cost of junk yard parts here in PA. Everyone wants top dollar for there stuff! Prime example bench seats. Pick n pull out west $45. Junkyards here, $150-250.
Anyways, reading the tips and tricks pages i see that up to '96 bench seats will swap in. My question is, do they need to be from same size truck? Example i have a 250 highboy. Do i need a 250 seat? Most craigslist ads here are f-150. Would those work or are they smaller in size?

Same , you may have to use your original tracks from your old seat. I did when i used an 87 f-350 seat in a f-100.
