Did the 80 F-100 have a bench and the 92 Sport have buckets? That's the swap I am looking for...swap the front bench for buckets and then swap the rear bench for an updated model bench.
No both were bench seats but from 80 to 96 the floor is the same. so for a bucket conversion you would have to get the tracks or modify yours. If your get the bucket tracks you'll just have to drill new hole and blot them down.
I figured....I was thinking of building a frame that utilized the existing bench seat holes since they are in the frame. Then welding or riveting seat tracks to that frame - that would eliminate the problems of the tracks that are not bolted into the frame from peeling up or cracking the floor pan.
You can use full sized BRONCO high back buckets with console from 1980-1994 without any modifications. Also the F-150 through F-350 Lariat 1982-1994 were available with either high back buckets or 60/40 with flip down console.
