Spout Connecor

How important is this connector really . Mine is posible damaged and needs replaced. Called and looked on-line. Can't find one for my Bronco II 2.8. What to do?

it is intended to dis-able computer timing so base ignition can be set. If you truck is running normally you have no problem

It's needed to advance the timing while driving....removing it disables that advance so the engine can be timed without being advanced by the ECU.

A spout off any EEC-IV Ford from the bone yard will work fine.
