HELP / Overcharged a/c system???
1980 F-150 blows ICE COLD air when it runs. I converted the system and everything works great except I have changed the Low Pressure Switch 2 times now. I can jump the clutch to get it to work, but when I put the plug back on the switch, I have to tap on it to get it to start up again. Could I ruin the switches with too much of a charge? I live in the heat here in Arizona so the cold air is nice to have, but if I need to lose some freon to make it cycle right, guess I have to do it.
