tire size

hey guys im wondering what are the biggest tires i can fit under my stock suspension, 1979 ford f150 4x4 super cab stock height with front leaf springs thanks.

The front is the real clearance issue, so probably 31's and maybe 33's or 285's but not 305's??? I had some 285's on a 78 1/2 ton reg cab (coil spring front) and at almost full steering lock the inside of the tire would rub the radius arms.

I know some guys are running 35s with stock suspension I have 33s.

I had 33" on a 78 bronco and they did not rub I have 31" on my 76 F100 so its all in what you like and how it looks to you
