C6 No Go
C6 wont move in any gear. Fluid is up, put a gauge on the side & was good, next dropped the pan, oil was good, no chunks, no smell, manual valve shifted back & forth. What next - valve body, what to look for? Can I do an air pressure test with the 5 hole at the back of the main case? How?

2 of those holes are governor. The other is reverse clutch.
Forward intermediate and direct at the front.

You could split the valve body and check for a blown gasket but I doubt that is the problem.
Was it working ok before? Was anything done to it?
Any metal in the pan?
It sounds liked a single point failure that affects everything. Like stripped splines in the convertor or forward clutch drum.

Is there any test tha can be made while the pan is off? Are you saying the the pump is pumping but the input splines are stripped?

There is no test for that in the vehicle.
If you got pressure at a test port, I imagine you used a gauge, that means the pump is working.
Stripped splines are only one possibility.

If this thing is a 4wd there is a possibility the transfer case is the issue, does it hold in park?
If no suspect the transfer case.
If yes I would think stripped spines on the input shaft or drum, rare for the C6 but can happen.

Blake you sent an email but would not accept my reply by the same method.
You can pour some cleaning solvent into the convertor and swish it around.
But that is only IF the transmission has not contaminated it with metal etc.
For the cost of a convertor you would be better off getting a rebuilt.
Also make sure you clean the cooler and lines.
