Going to a fabric store and getting the materials and doing it yourself is nearly as easy as just finding another one. It takes hardly any skill with a pair of scissors and hardly any time.
The flag thing looks absolutely hideous, I will agree. It might have been neat if you had glued it to the foam and all that was supposed to be there. But it looks just tacky the way it is.
