Just as an informational post... for those looking for headliner material.
I did a search on Google "automotive headliner material" and found several good sources.
I just ordered me some from this site: Your Auto Trim Store
I got my new headliner installed yesterday. I stripped off the old fabric from origimal healdliner, the old foam was not budging, so I left it on and used 3M spray adhesive to attache new material to old foam... Worked out really nice and looks very good.
I will take a picture of it today maybe and post... snowing like crazy here today.
I installed a new headliner in my truck today. I was able to find headliner material at a joann fabrics for $15/yd. After removing the oem headliner fabric, I used a stiff wire brush to remove the old foam. I used an industrial aerosol adhesive to glue the new foam headliner material down. It took about 1 1/2 hrs start to finish and looks like new. Beats the heck out of the quote I got from an upholstery shop for $160!
