Sold my F150 and want a EX. Looking at bringing one into Canada from the USA because the selection is better. However, just wondering if there is a way to switch the digital screens into reading metric amounts (km vs. miles, celsius vs. fahrenheit) only because I am used to seeing how many km till empty and other metric information items like that.
Might be a long shot but hoping perhaps someone had done this before.
You reminded me of something I've been meaning to look into. My odometer reads kms but my heater reads fahrenheit. According to the manual you can change the setting by pressing the E/M button on the overhead console but with mine it only works on the trip computer and not the heater controls.

The overhead console is switched with the push of a button. I don't believe you can change the odometer though. It does take some getting used to you get to know the speeds you normally drive at. The import process was Very simple. Just remember the vehicle must be stock to get in, technically any aftermarket equipment can slow the process if the inspector notices it (Done at Canadian tire so not much to worry about) A vehicle with a lift is NOT importable.
