7.5l powersteering pump/pulley problem

Ok, so here is the problem. I'm using the 460 out of a 1988 E350. It was one of those dually conversion vans. My powersteering pump went out and I ordered a new pump and a new pulley. The pulley and the pump have 2 very different diameter holes/shaft. The hole in the pulley is 17.3mm (0.680") and the shaft diameter is 19mm (0.750"). The pulley is the right one for that year/engine ( #300-003) and the pump seems to be also correct ( #81-8429, NAPA number) . I haven't found a pulley with a larger hole in it. The old pump also has a shaft with 19mm (0.750") diameter. I can't read a number on the old pulley, since I had to cut it off the pump. It wouldn't come off with the puller.

Does anyone know which pulley fits this powersteering pump?
