460EFI EGR issue

So I kept getting a code saying my EGR wasn't opening so I replaced it....CEL continued. I replaced the sensor attached to it and am still getting it.....what gives?

could be a vacuum line. i had the same scenerio. one of my vacuum lines had a crack in it.

I thought of that so I replaced them and its still doing it. I actually did that before the sensor.

Are all the passages leading to and from the EGR clear? If the passages are plugged up it can't flow......

my vacuum canister was leaking to, it was not giving a vacuum to my egr. as soon as i sealed it cel went off
