Interesting find...
While looking for a truck the last few weeks, i found an 08' Lariat F-250 fully loaded, the interesting thing was the 4x4 shifter on the floor. I thought they had gone to electric 4x4 push buttons by 08'. I had the floor shifter on my 01' 7.3, but i have not seen a 6.4, before or since, with a floor shifter.
Ya'll seen 1 or own 1. Just curious why after looking at hundreds of trucks from 08' to 12's its the only 1 ive seen.

They're still putting the manual 4WD shift lever in the 2013s too.
It seems the majority of trucks are being ordered with the ESOF now and some of this is dictated by options and packaging of them. It's still available though and has been all along. Now on the 2013 F-150s, you can only get them with the ESOF as they no longer build them with the floor shifter.
