1974 Dodge Full-Line 22-23
1975 shows a cat and "no lead fuel tank...."
1975 Dodge Dart-10-11
Can't find any reference to leaded/unleaded in the earlier brochures. I do recall some years advertising leader or unleaded in maybe '73 or '74. Some cars dodged the cat a year or two longer, but it does not appear this was one.

I know I'm a bit late to your Dart party -- I don't get a lot of time to surf this place too much -- but wanted to congratulate you on a fine score! Us A Body owners are pretty rare around here but you've got some love from me.
