EFI 1995 Bronco (EB) flow rate spec and intake removal?

Current lingering issue is an intermittent miss, mostly at idle, after cold start but also randomly while sitting in traffic.
I am thinking about remove and replace injectors (124,200 miles on the still original engine) or remove, clean and reinstall the originals? I have this thing against buying rebuilt injectors - If I have to pull the intake top-half off, might as well just do the whole job.
does anyone have the color code which tells which injectors are in the engine now? the color is a yellow-ish, brown (not Tan, not quite yellow either). From what I read; they are supposed to be either 17lb, 19lb or 20lb? Either I'm reading them wrong or the texts are just confusing.
*sorry about the
, long post... detail in the request cuts out a lot of guessing in the answers... 1. replace wires and distributor cap? ... factory wiring availability (grey and numbered -or settle for Blue FMS?)
clean or replace injectors? ... what flow rate?
replace PCV on rear, head to head connection pipe?

Highly suggest you replace the cap/rotor and wires with good quality pieces. Personally I like the pretty blue FMS wires. Be careful how you route them. Cross-fire is a very common problem on the 5.0L and 5.8L engines.
PCV, yes replace it since you have the upper intake off.
Head to head pipe, is yours leaking?
