2002 SD Blower Speed Problem
Hello All,
Currently My AC / Heat blower motor operates but, speed 1 and 2 are the same, 3 and 4 are fine. I replaced the blower rheostat that is located on the firewall, but still no difference in fan speed.. A few years ago the blower only operated on Hi and the rheostat was the problem then.
Any ideas would be most helpfull.

I had the same problem as you stated with my 2003 I replaced the rheostat all speeds worked fine for 5 months then I was having the same problem .I have low speed and hi no in between.Id said the hell with it been driving my truck 2 yrs since with just hi and low.I had no fuses blow no lights dimming 'But if I was guessing I'd say the blower switch is bad
