99 electrical please help

Your speedometer gets a reading from the VSS sensor, on the rear differential. Was it bouncing or showing any odd symptoms before it stopped working?

In the past over six months ago the speedo would some times jump around or not work at all but then I did dielectric the speed out put sensor and had the code reset and hadn't had any trouble again until I found the problem with the fuse box and now its just doing nothing and I'm wondering if I got another bad connection or a broke wire or worse and if you all might have a idea thanks guys
