power steering leak 97
First, I'm new... 
I have a 97 Ford 350E 1 ton van. I have ps fluid leaking out the bottom of the pump where the hard line goes in.
Is this indicative of the pump being bad or maybe a seal on that line?
Had the van with tree wood in it and an empty 18 ft flatbed trailer I was backing up to store.

That fitting is poorly designed.
Figure on going to buy a new PS hose if thats where it's coming out.
The nut fits over a collar on the hard line that eventually wears out and rusts.
If you keep it clean and lubed so it cannot corrode, it will last longer, but that is tough.
You might be able to clean it and get it to re-seat for now.
