I can get pic tomorrow after I get off work. The screen thing was unplugged and tampered with, something about clearing it or resetting. The pick up is an uncles and I'm doing everything I can to get it going for him. The plastic around screen says Edge Products on it. ? Thank you so much for your time and input.

I am not familiar with the Edge Products for these trucks so you'll have to research that one yourself. Hopefully it's just one of those devices that plug into the ODBII port and NOT the PCM itself.
At any rate, I recommend you start with the basics. Unplug or remove the Edge device in case that is causing your no start issue. If it plugs into the ODBII port then you can simply remove it. If it plugs into the PCM then make sure your keys are not in the ignition....actually best to disconnect the battery cables to be super safe.
Make sure your engine oil level is correct in the pan, verify that your HPOP reservoir is full and that you have fuel in the filter bowl. Charge your batteries while you are checking all this other stuff.
Then, figure out why your PCM is not getting power (fuse, relay etc). The most common reason why a PCM loses power happens when the fuel bowl heater shorts out and blows a fuse. Which fuse panel are you looking at? Your truck has a fuse box under the hood and another under the dash (behind the driver's knee panel). Check fuse #30. If you find that fuse blown...then unplug the fuel bowl heater on the engine, replace the fuse and start the engine.
