hey guys i boutght a brand new head and ran it only 320 miles and the valves are already stuck ive bent 3 sets of pushrods because of it not realizing thats what was hapenning i found out when i put another set in and was turning the engine over by hand and felt alot of tension and just muscled through it and got back to #1 tdc and i can move the rockers excessively and pulled the rockers off and the valves were staying open they are all intake valves they have a lot of buildup for just 320 miles is it because of the pcv valve or valve seals?its a 1990 f 150 with a 4.9
