I have a 2004 6.0 powerstroke that is stock. What are some fairly inexpensive mods that I can do to raise my MPG's. Right now I get about 14.6 mpg's.

Refuel with summer fuel...depending on where you are in the US, you should be receiving it soon. Oh yeah...best way is too let up on your right foot!

If you have a lift, remove it; if you have big tires, go to smaller tires; if you have soft tires or run them aired down, go to harder tires or higher air pressure. 235/85R16 is a popular tire size for comparatively better MPGs on the highway than fatter, more aggressive tires. Make sure everything is actually running right and you aren't dealing with a clogged EGR valve, dying FICM, exhaust leak, leaking CAC boots, or a rusted turbo.

On this subject, I see most people get the Atlas40 FICM tune. Has anyone opted for the Economy FICM tune and did it make any difference in power or mpg?

Agree with ^^^^^
One other thing is put the truck on a diet.
If you don't need to have it take it out and put in
storage. If you use your truck as a rolling storage
locker then you MPG will Suffer.
