Does putting bigger tires F350 help with the gas milage?

It can as long as you're primarily interested in highway RPM. If you're doing a lot of start & stop, you're going to loose some mpg due to the higher load on the engine to get the vehicle moving.

Not really it takes more to move those big tires then it would do to move stock size tires. If you wanted to go with narrow tires they help a little because there is less tire on the ground which creates less friction.
