Replacing front u-joints--please help

Replacing front u-joints--please help
Driving to work today, I noticed a vibration that has progressively gotten worse. I've narrowed it down to the u-joints but if anyone could please give me advice on how to do it or pointers while doing it. I'm not a beginner but I'm not a mechanic by trade either.

If you doing the front I think your also going to need that front seal replacer
and a set of seals. I hear that they get trashed when you pull the axels.
There is a good how to in one of the tech folders.

Not front u-joints if it vibrates. Front u-joint (singular).

Probably the front of the rear. Joint=single................he's not a mechanic
