Pre92 Econoline 4x4 conversion
Im looking at building a 4x4 van. I have 2 quigleys and a Pathfinder van too,but I want a window van in the old (pre92) style. I have found one and thought of transferring the Dana 60 and other components from my Pathfinder,but Im considering coil springs. Ive seen later models using SuperDuty axles and radius arms and it seems to bolt in well.( I can build the misc trackbar bracket and radius arm brackets) My question is will this front end go under a pre 92 as well? Are the springs the same width in the front as a newer van? I have a 2011 F250 Im parting out,so I have all the newer axles/suspension to go that route......any suggestions? Im ready to go,but its always nice to hear other opinions..and if it will work or not.
