I Need Help...
i need help to ID ford parts number for brown relay on left inner fender by battery tray
for 89 ford E250 cargo van if y have 89 to 91 please look your brown relay what parts number for me please? not green relay..

i BELIEVE that's the PCM power relay, is it not? 4 contacts, two large 2 small? Some variants have 2 large, 3 small. There are about 1 billion revisions of that relay. The part is 12A646. E7FZ12A646A is probably what yours is. Its available as:
Most replacements do not have the offsets/keying, but will work as long as you double check pin alignment before installing. Standard Motor Products sells a compatible part. Its about 9-15 bucks online. You can pick one up from autozone and other parts stores.
Green should be a fuel pump relay. Alternates below:

Does E6FZ12A646B work same as E7FZ-12A646-A???

It appears to be functionally the same. The number you keep giving is a drawing reference number. They change all the freaking time (every year in fact.)
The relay can be replace by any generic relay. A relay that would fit the factory connector is available from auto-zone, here:

It is listed as the PCM relay for an 89 E250.

but DY-408 is replaced to DY-865 F8PZ14N135BA
DY408 ~ Quality parts from OEHQ.com
