460 header
I have a '96 F350 4x4 with the 460, the passenger side exhaust manifold is cracked which I hear is pretty normal for these when they are used for towing. I want a header that will bolt in to the stock Y-pipe (so I don't have to have a new Y-pipe welded in like with the Thorley) but would like some opinions on who makes a good quality header that will fit on this engine. I'd like a 3/8 flange and heavy tube material, I really would like it to bolt in without modification since I don't have the free time I used to.
It already has 3" pipe, a high flow cat and a 70 series Flowmaster. Might as well complete the exhuast.

JBA doesnt make a set. Only "shorties" I found were Hedman's. The rest seem to come with a new Y pipe. My guess it is a matched system, the Y helps with performance. Should be a stock bolt in however. It does sound like you did change some things so it may require some work.
