Awesome! Thanks for sharing! So far the hypermax seems decent on my truck, though I've yet to use it for work (still working on the bugs). Good read

Thats the exact same kit i have sitting in the shop. Looking at it i wouldnt have thought it performed quite that good.

When it I bought the truck back in 98, the PO had the old style Banks kit installed when he bought the truck and it easily push 10 psi of boost when I had it on the truck.
I have the Banks kit for sale now since I switch the trans. from a c6 to an e4od and installed a hypermax so I can put on an intercooler later on.

Definitely cool, but some torque numbers would be nice. I have the non-wastegated Sidewinder on mine and really have no complaints. Sure, the wastegate may be nice for a bit more low end, but I'm not out to win races with the thing. Besides, being able to roll coal on demand by just up shifting and burying my foot into it (low enough RPMs to not not spool) is fun. And yes, I AM a 5 yr old, lol.
